We are looking forward to welcoming you back to our resort. We are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with all policies and protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. We will follow and adhere to all standards and procedures set by the Center for Disease Control and Governor Baker. We are redefining our cleaning and safety standards. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at our front desk, meeting spaces, and in employee areas.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We have partitions at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution for our guests and our associates.
In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.
New Cleaning Technology
We are using enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel. Each guest room will be sprayed and disinfected prior to each guest’s arrival.
Housekeeping services for guest room accommodations will be provided by request only during your stay. You may opt to have linens, towels and amenities delivered to the room or left at the entrance to the room in a bag for no-contact delivery. Enhanced cleaning protocols have been established to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. All associates will be wearing facial coverings and gloves. Gloves will be changed frequently when cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms. Associates have been trained to properly address high touch points and avoid any possible cross-contamination when cleaning. When possible, guest rooms will be left vacant for 24 hours between check- out and check- in.
Hair Salon: Open for hair services by appointment only.
Golf Course: Open (weather permitting) Reservations strongly suggested, due to social distancing guidelines.

Our restaurants will follow the guidelines set by Governor Baker and the Local Board of Health regulations.
Breakfast will be available in Mulligans or Bogeys, based on occupancy, starting Saturday, June 19, 2021.
The Cabana Bar will be open for Lunch and Beverages from 11am-4pm starting Friday, June 18, 2021. You may enjoy your meal under our outdoor tent area which allows for proper social distancing.
Bogeys will be available for dinner from 4pm-10pm and beverages from 4pm-closing starting Friday, June 18, 2021
All staff will be wearing facial coverings and gloves. The restaurants will require all guests to wear facial coverings while ordering and picking up your order (applicable at the Cabana Bar). Condiments will be offered in single-use containers. Staff has been trained to maintain social distancing. All associates will be wearing facial coverings and gloves. Stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols will be adhered to including the use of new technology.
At this time the Coffee Cafe will be closed for the remainder of the year.
All recreational features of the resort will be available with dates set by Governor Baker and while maintaining social distancing guidelines established by Governor Baker.
Outdoor Pool (weather permitting): Seating capacity will be reduced, and lounge chairs will be grouped to accommodate both couples and singles at the pool area. Umbrellas will be available at the outdoor pool. The pool will be limited to the capacities outlined by the state. All lounges will be thoroughly sanitized after each use. ** Please note, the Outdoor Pool will be open for the season 7 days a week starting Sunday, June 18, 2021, weather permitting.
Fitness Center: Atlantis Health Club will be available, and signage will note maximum capacities. Fitness equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by an attendant after each use.
Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi: Seating capacity will be reduced, and lounge chairs will be grouped to accommodate both couples and singles at the pool area. The pool will be limited to the capacities outlined by the state. All lounges will be thoroughly sanitized after each use. Per state restrictions the Jacuzzi and Sauna will be closed until August 1, 2021. **

Employee Experience All our associates are required to attend extensive COVID-19 Training. A Code of Responsibility Checklist has been implemented to inform the team of all the measures the resort is executing to ensure the safety of our guests and associates. Daily temperature checks will be required. The importance of hygiene, personal protective equipment and social distancing will be paramount.
