Business Service Center at The Resort

All items sent to the hotel will be received by the Business Service Center located in the Pro Shop to be held and delivered upon request. All incoming packages will be charged a package security handling fee, including packages for group contacts and vendors. These fees are predetermined by weight and listed below.

Please note: The Business Service Center @ The Resort does not have access to a fork lift or loading dock so any pallets must be delivered by truck with a suitable lift gate. Please contact the Business Service Center upon your arrival by dialing extension 6980 to arrange for package pick-up/delivery.

Pricing – Inbound/Outbound:

• Packages  0 – 5 lbs:  $ 5.00
• Packages  6 – 20 lbs:  $ 8.00
• Packages  21 – 40 lbs:  $ 12.00
• Packages  41 – 49 lbs:  $ 15.00
• Packages  50 + lbs:  $ 20.00
• Display Case  0 – 50 lbs:  $ 25.00
• Crate  0 – 100 lbs:  $ 49.00
• Pallet  0 – 1000 lbs:  $ 129.00

Package Storage Rates:
All packages received more than 3 days prior to an event, or not picked up more than 2 days after an event will be charged a storage fee.

• Items: $ 3.00/day
• Crates: $ 25.00/day
• Pallets: $ 25.00/day
